Welcome to The Toby Center. For over fifteen years, we have evolved from a passionate grassroots initiative into a trusted, multi-circuit organization dedicated to wrapping families in comfort, neutrality, and trauma-informed support during critical life transitions.

The Toby Center is neutral. Our only alliance is with the best interests of the child. We work with Moms, Dads, attorneys, courts, GALs, and agencies — all in equal measure — because the outcome matters more than any individual position.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Mark Roseman
A child advocate since the late 1990s, Dr. Roseman founded The Toby Center in 2010 based on a simple but powerful belief — that children thrive when both parents remain involved in their lives. With over 25 years in the field, he has dedicated his career to improving child outcomes through supervised visitation, reunification therapy, and co-parenting education.
