In light of this inflationary, and increased costs to The Toby Center, and not wanting to pass this burden onto our clients, The Toby Center management has recommended a minimal administrative service fee charge of just 3 percent. We sincerely thank you for your understanding as we have not raised rates in over five years. Please know that we remain committed to strengthening and reunifying children's relationships with parents at least cost to all. — Mark Roseman

The Toby Center is a community service agency focused entirely on supporting your child — not financial transactions. Every fee we collect goes directly toward keeping our doors open for families who need us.
The Sliding Scale Promise
Financial hardship will never be a barrier to the parent-child relationship. Our fees are strictly scaled according to household income, and we have not raised our rates since 2019.
