Pricing & Fees

The Toby Center uses a sliding fee scale based on household income to ensure our services are accessible to all families regardless of financial circumstances.

Notice Regarding Service Fees: In light of inflationary and increased costs, The Toby Center management has recommended a minimal administrative service fee charge of just 3 percent. We sincerely thank you for your understanding as we have not raised rates in over five years. We remain committed to strengthening and reunifying children's relationships with parents at least cost to all. — Mark Roseman

Per-Service Intake Fees

An intake is required prior to scheduling most services. Intake fees are separate from session fees and are required for each party.

Supervised Visitation

Registration Fee

$95 per party

Required for each client family. Court Orders should specify which party is responsible for fees.

Therapeutic Supervised Visitation

Intake Fee

$120 per party (no fee for children)

Required prior to scheduling. Helps us understand your history, goals, and prior therapeutic treatment.

Individual & Family Therapy

Intake Fee

$150 income ≥$70,000 / $125 below $70,000

An intake is required for each party prior to scheduling therapy sessions.
